Rosinav was established in 2005 in Constanta, Romania. The company provides engineering, shipbuilding, repair, maintenance, and survey services to shipyards, ship owners, and offshore operators.

By combining engineering, fabrication, survey, and maintenance capabilities, Rosinav covers the full technical lifecycle of a vessel — from design through operation. The company works with shipyards, ship owners, and charterers across Europe, the Black Sea region, and Southeast Asia.
